No Refunds Policy: Due to health regulations, product safety requirements, and the nature of prescription medications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Titan TRT provides prescription testosterone replacement therapy medications. For the safety and protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

Health & Safety Regulations: Once prescription medications leave our certified pharmacy, they cannot be resold or redistributed under FDA regulations.
Product Integrity: We cannot verify that returned medications were stored properly or remain uncontaminated.
Prescription Requirements: All products require a valid prescription and are dispensed specifically for individual patients.
Regulatory Compliance: Federal and state laws prohibit the return of prescription medications for resale.

Before You Order

Please ensure you:

Have consulted with a licensed healthcare provider and received a valid prescription
Understand the product you are ordering and its intended use
Have confirmed your shipping address is correct
Are committed to your testosterone replacement therapy treatment

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations

Before Processing: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at support@titan-trt.com or call (551) 209-3340.

After Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
