Important: Due to the medical nature of our at-home test kits, all sales are final once the kit has been shipped. We cannot accept returns of used or opened test kits for health and safety reasons.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to health regulations and product safety, returns are limited to specific circumstances:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@titan-trt.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (for damaged items). Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided. Include your RA number on the package.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (2-3 business days), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

If your test kit arrives damaged or defective:
We will send a replacement kit at no cost or issue a full refund (your choice).
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if processing has not yet begun. Contact us immediately at support@titan-trt.com.
After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, standard return policies apply. You may refuse delivery and contact us for a refund (subject to return shipping fees).
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
