Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as "delivered" early)
  4. Contact us at support@titan-trt.com within 7 days

We will file a claim with USPS and send a replacement or issue a refund.
